Becca’s Maple Quinoa Granola

Preheat oven 325 – line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper

Whisk together 2/3 cup Maple syrup, 4 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

In another bowl add: 2 cups chopped almonds, 2 cups unsweetened coconut. 1 cup Quinoa flakes, 1 cup  quinoa rinsed, 1 cup raw sunflower seeds,

2 cup dried fruit of choice

 

Fold in everything except the dried fruit – pour oto baking sheet, press into even layer. Bake until deep golden brown,50-60 minutes stirring frequently.

Cool for an hour stir in dried fruit Once cooled, store in air tight container.
