Barb-B- Que Pulled Pork

Featuring – Miss Iris (Becca’s”little porkchop” waiting for the cookout)

Mini pork (From Shaw’s the natural- it will say for crock pot) Remove ALL fat
Brown in olive oil
stir into crock pot on top of meat the following:
1 can tomato sauce no salt
Two shakes of red wine vinegar
1 squeeze in mustard
1 Green pepper and 1 onion chopped
1/2 -2/3rd jar of whatever barb-b-que sauce in the fridge or make your own.
Turn crock pot to high for 6 hours then to low
Can be served on Cornmeal Rolls or with rice and vegetables.
Also good with corn Tortilla shells and black beans and veggies.
