Sift together:
1/2 Cup sugar, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Ginger, 1/4 tsp cloves
Beat in 2 eggs
Add and mix well:
1 can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
Pour into (1 large and 1 medium tart) baked shell pie pan
Bake in preheated oven 425 for 15 minutes- reduce heat and bake about 45 minutes at 350. Knife will come out clean when done.
