(Silver Palette Good Times)
1 Stick softened Butter
3 TBS Honey
1 Cup Flour or GF MIX
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 Cup shelled chopped pecans
¾ Cup Confectionary Sugar
Preheat oven 300 degrees
Use parchment paper to eliminate greasing sheets
Cream butter-beat in honey; gradually mix in flour/vanilla. Finally add pecans.
Wrap in plastic wrap – chill one hour.
Roll balls the size of quarters bake 35-40 minutes.
When cool to touch roll in confectionary sugar (I put the sugar in a bag and shake the cookies…)
