Best Pumpkin Bread

1 1/2 cups Flour

1 tsp baking soda, cinnamon,

1/2 tsp nutmeg, ginger, cloves

1/2 cup butter or margarine room temp

1/2 cup granulated sugar (lessened by 1/2 cup)

1 Tsp vanilla

2 eggs room Temperature

3/4 canned pumpkin

In stand mixer add butter, sugar ten eggs and vanilla till fluffy

alternate the sifted together dry ingredients with pumpkin

stir in 1 cup chocolate chips or less, and 1 cup walnuts chopped up. bake 350 in bread pan for 60- 70 minutes. cool for 15 minutes.

I frequently double this and use the entire can of pumpkin.
