Make the dough two hours before -this is a “fast meal”.

Mix 2/3 cup of warm water with 1 and 1/2 tsp yeast

Add 1 and a half -2 cups bread flour to the water

Add one tbs olive oil

knead and let rise (cover with warm wet towel) two hours

Punch down-  knead stretch out and lace on lightly oiled pizza pan.

Poke with fork and then let rise for 10 minutes

Spread a thin layer of Marisa on top of crust (not too much – very thin)

Add about one cup of pizza sauce, cover with veggies you have sauted- onions, peppers, mushrooms and spinach.

Bake in preheated oven  400 degrees for about 1/2 hour, you might need to place a cookie sheet under pan for last ten minutes.
