Harrington Ham-broccoli-potato and VT cheddar cheese casserole

  • Slice up as many potatoes per person
  • Pour chopped frozen broccoli in and mix
  • Grate VT cheddar cheese
  • Cut up one slice of Harrington Ham

Add  a clove or two of garlic and a little pour of milk (can add more during the baking process)

Bake uncovered at 375 until potatoes are tender -about 45-60 minutes (might need to cover to steam the potatos)
