(Thin or thick size as desired baking time will alter with thicker chops)
Dust in a little oregano, cinnamon and cloves, paprika
Saute in a small amount of oil
Remove from pan place in baking dish
In frying pan saute 1/3 onion, add 1/3 cup cider, a tablespoon of Maple syrup and 2 Tbs of red wine vinegar
Boil down a bit, pour over chops bake to warm chops- great with fresh carrots, spinach and baked potatos
