Saute:
One Onion, a few carrots and some celery in 2 TBS of Butter
Add:
2 and 1/2 pounds chopped Butternut Squash
2 Chopped Potatoes
2 Apples (Granny Smith)
5-6 Cups of organic Chicken Broth
Bring to Boil, simmer until Veggies are soft
Add 1 TBS Curry, a bit of ginger and Nutmeg
Blend until smooth.
