Creamy Lemon Pie

 I package of graham crackers-1/2 cup almonds Pulse the crackers and almonds until crushed in food processor.

Add: 5 TBS melted butter  and place in pie pan. (I used 9″pie pan)

Bake 350  8 minutes

Filling:

2 Cans sweetened condensed milk

Juice from 4 lemons (3/4 cup)

4 Egg yolks

Mix together and pour into baked pie pan

Bake about 21-23 minutes

Can be topped with fruit or whipped cream or dried lemon rind

Cool in fridge for at least two hours

Freezes well.
