1/2 cup unpopped popcorn popped to make 15 cups
2 TBS molasses
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 /2 cup butter
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda (use at the end)
Preheat oven 200 degrees
Line cookie sheets (rimmed) with parchment paper
In large sauce pan mix all but first and last ingredients bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes
Remove from heat, add baking soda (it will get foamy)
Carefully pour sauce over popcorn stirring and mixing
Spread on parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees for one hour- cool, break apart and package.
